Regarding --debian-installer: The help output enumerates just "enabled" and "disabled" as possible values, but it seems that "netboot" and "live" are also used.

HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 403 Sorry, not allowed to fetch that typ e of file: vmlinuz 10:54:22 ERROR 403: Sorry, not allowed to fetch that type of file: vmlinuz. I don't know if it's reasonable to just avoid use of a mirror in the installer script.
