I am sure of that insofar that I didn't select it in any ways and never
wrote a syslinux.cfg file before on the machine I used to create the USB
image and never stored one myself on the stick I used to boot. Yes, I am
sure ;-) And I "diff -r"-ed the USB stick contents with the one in the
image, they seemed equal apart from some filenames in uppercase on the
stick in some subdirs (like ./doc/FAQ vs ./doc/faq)
