11:08:19 < panthera> kozuch: -l is a not yet (correctly) implemented way 
of installing all localization packages for a given language.
11:09:20 < panthera> unrelated to that, you can set the systems 
locale/charset through the bootparameter locale=, e.g. locale=cs_CZ.UTF-8
