Indeed you are right. When --mirrot-bootstrap was renamed to
--mirror-chroot, I renamed my --mirror-bootstrap to --mirror-chroot and my
--mirror-bootstrap-security to --mirror-chroot-security. What I didn't know
/ forgot / overlooked is that there still is a --mirror-chroot option that I
must enable in order to use my local mirror (or well, apt-proxy).

Sorry for the inconvenience Daniel :). The bug can be closed.
