What I need is the opinion or better a decision and an action of an
experience Debian person if the TODO ("! this page should be merged
into the developer's reference. ") in the ITP wiki page is fulfilled or
not.
I am not in position to decide that and don't have the expertise in
this.
I suggest to close the ticket, remove the wiki page or what ever
action you think is appropriate.
