Dear Maintainer, * What led up to the situation? I ran apt-move packages and found that when I then ran apt-update it reported the following warning: mirrors/debian bookworm InRelease' doesn't have the component 'non-free-firmware' (component misspelt in sources.list?) * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? I edited /usr/bin/apt-move to include the 'non-free-firmware' component in the 'if' statements at lines 1302 and 1376 * What was the outcome of this action? When I re-ran apt-move pacakages the 'non-free-firmware' component was included in the "Release" file and apt update did not report the warning * What outcome did you expect instead? -- System Information: Debian Release: 12.5 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable-security'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 6.1.90-1-sunset-6-20240511-00 (SMP w/32 CPU threads; PREEMPT) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_PROPRIETARY_MODULE, TAINT_OOT_MODULE, TAINT_UNSIGNED_MODULE Locale: LANG=en_GB, LC_CTYPE=en_GB (charmap=ISO-8859-1), LANGUAGE not set Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages apt-move depends on: ii bc 1.07.1-3+b1 ii dash 0.5.12-2 ii libapt-pkg6.0 2.6.1 ii libc6 2.36-9+deb12u7 ii libgcc-s1 12.2.0-14 ii libstdc++6 12.2.0-14 Versions of packages apt-move recommends: ii apt 2.6.1 apt-move suggests no packages. -- Configuration Files: /etc/apt-move.conf changed: APTSITES="/all/" LOCALDIR=/nfs/LE-Server/packages/mirrors/debian DIST=bookworm PKGTYPE=binary FILECACHE=/nfs/LE-Server/packages/apt-bookworm_amd64/archives LISTSTATE=/var/lib/apt/lists DELETE=yes MAXDELETE=20 COPYONLY=no PKGCOMP=gzip CONTENTS=no GPGKEY= -- no debconf information -- debsums errors found: debsums: changed file /usr/bin/apt-move (from apt-move package)
