This is to let people know that dosfstools implemented changes in the
way fatlabel works (among other changes) and now requires a label to be
set on FAT partitions from now on. Kpmcore was fixed to set a label even
if the calling program does not explicitly set a label on creation of a
FAT filesystem partition. This affected the Calamares installer and may
affect other installation programs that do not explicitly set a label on
the creation of partitions intended to be FAT filesystem, such as the ESP.
