rust-chrono's testing excuses say (and have listed for at least a day or so)

autopkgtest for rust-trash/3.3.1-1: amd64: Test in progress, arm64: Pass, i386: 
Pass, ppc64el: Pass, s390x: Pass

However, when I look over on debci I do not see any relavent pending tests.
There is a test that looks relavent to me a few days ago

rust-chrono/0.4.38-2 rust-fundu/1.0.0...
src:rust-chrono from unstable
src:rust-fundu from unstable
src:rust-pure-rust-locales from unstable 

which passed, but britney seems to be ignoring it. 

Can you figure out what is going wrong and either fix it or override the tests?
