Dear Maintainer,

on searching what to install to make

work, I came across python-bcolz.

Yet this is not installable:

I see no bcolz related upload in 2017, so this issue may be there for quite
some time already.

This is crap. This is unstable with *some* packages from experimental. It does
certainly not prefer experimental.
