The mipsel build of plplot 5.13 failed because one ocaml test crashed and another encountered a (generous) timeout, presumably due to hanging or spinning. I don't have details beyond https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=plplot&arch=mipsel&ver=5.13.0%2Bdfsg-1&stamp=1506091509&raw=0 but perhaps you can reproduce this misbehavior on a porter box.
