If you are planning to upgrade to Wheezy, these are the steps required for nautilus 3.4.2-1+build1: 1) If the sidebar is not showing, press F9 to show it. 2) Go to View → Sidebar → Tree They may or may not work in 6.0.5/squeeze-era nautilus (2.x?)
