Hi Thorsten, I've choosen the second alternative and removed the file in question since the Bioconductor 3.17 depends from this package (thus I would be really happy about fast processing).
While I understand the scientific intention to work with raw data in principle I do not understand in how far a 46kB text files of 341 lines of (non-comment) data are against Debian rules.
