Great to hear you are interested in adopting this package continuously.

In general, you can set Uploader to yourself(to close ITA reportbug)
when the next upload and then send RFS request[0] to d-d mail list.
But for python-kaptan[1], you may have a look at lintian warning or
reproducibility testing issue. Only changing Uploader is not worth
uploading.
