Hi again,

After some browsing I found that Apache has moved away from the group-based
authorization scheme.

Unfortunately, it seems that in the default scheme, assigning issues to
oneself (or others, apparently there's no difference) is now a task for a
committer/pmc/administrator role.

It doesn't seem as if there's a separate role from assigning to oneself vs
to others.

One thing we *can* do is request to have the alternative scheme listed for
our project. I think we have to put in a request to infra for that, doesn't
look like anything I can change, the link has a lock icon.

For now, Abhinav, please tell us which bug you want assigned and a
committer can do this for you.
