Look in the service.properties file in the top level of the database
directory tree. You should see several encryption properties with names
like the following:
encryptionKeyLength
encryptionAlgorithm
derby.encryptionBlockSize
encryptedBootPassword
data_encrypt_algorithm_version
dataEncryption
