This bug report was fixed with Brasero 2.30.2 for the original reporter. The other bug is still open, marking it a duplicate will mean it is also fixed. I would suggest filing a new bug by opening a terminal and typing
ubuntu-bug brasero for Ubuntu 10.10. also, please make sure other applications are working. Will exaile or kb3 burn the disc and eject it?
