So, correct me if I'm wrong, current solution to this problem is to use scripts that run synclient (or xinput) at startup and resume/suspend(don't actually know how to implement that one) or use Yuri Khans' builds (and to have headache every time official package is updated). P. P. P. S. I have tried modify xorg configs and udev rules - both unsuccesfully.
