Title:
libgl1-mesa-dri depends on libllvm12 from universe

Status in mesa package in Ubuntu:

Status in mesa source package in Hirsute:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
It's not possible to install libgl1-mesa-dri from hirsute-updates (SRU
bug 1932311) on a system that does not have universe enabled because
it depends on libllvm12 from universe. This was not the case with the
version of libgl1-mesa-dri in the release pocket because it depended
  upon libllvm11.
