Public bug reported: This is seen with the planned backport of GCC 12.3 to lunar. It's already fixed in mantic [1].
The added symbols don't belong to the ABI, however the build fails because dh_makeshlibs is called with -c4, and two more template instantiations show up on riscv64. [ Impact ] Without the two added symbols, the build will fail with the updated GCC 12.3 as seen in mantic. [ Test plan ] The package builds. There are no code changes in this patch [ Where problems could occur ] The patch is small and doesn't touch code.
