Title:
When I open gnome-control-center it creates a bunch of transparent
windows with the title 'OpenGL Renderer'.

Status in gnome-control-center package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
I recently upgraded to Ubuntu 23.10.
When I open settings (gnome-control-center) and click "Mouse & Touchpad", it
creates about 8 transparent windows with the title 'OpenGL Randerer'.
You can only see the existence of a window when you press Alt+Tab. In other
words, pressing the Windows key to view the window list does not show 'OpenGL
Randerer'.
A window with the title 'OpenGL Randerer' should not be visible to the user
even when Alt+Tab is pressed.
