The proposed workaround works for me for the 470 using gt710 card, but I feel that it slows the windows rendering while moving them (like a slow FPS).

Install the Nvidia 470 driver on a system that supports it, being careful to ensure that Nvidia is the PRIMARY GPU of the system. So usually a desktop. 2.
