I would like to propose a release of Apache Arrow Rust Object
Store Implementation, version 0.10.1.
This is primarily motivated by a major bug introduced by 0.10.0 [1]
This release candidate is based on commit:

Please download, verify checksums and signatures, run the unit tests,
