If you want a home for the kick-off (e.g. this conversation) and the eventual retirement (if that ever comes) then ComDev is the place. It might make sense to formally assign the ownership of the list to ComDev so that should it ever reach retirement that PMC is empowered to request infra remove it. But otherwise it’s just a list.
