Thanks for debugging - I'll reply on https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-12590 and ask for this change.
FYI I don't any of the committers have access to the appveyor account which is at https://ci.appveyor.com/project/ApacheSoftwareFoundation/spark . To request changes that need to be done in the UI we need to open a INFRA ticket.
