I originally tried releasing it as Commons Validator 1.2.1 since it was primarily a bug fix (IMO) for Validator 1.2.0. However I had added a whole new package of code... http://tinyurl.com/eahub ....and so other Commons Commiters wanted it to be version 1.3.0 (rather than 1.2.1).
