- removed <scope>provided<scope> from myfaces dependency, since
myfaces-jsf-api is available in the repository
Provided was probably the wrong scope, at least until we're all using
containers that provide a JSF implementation. However, the MyFaces
dependency does need to be marked 'optional', or Maven will include it
in WEB-INF/lib for every webapp that depends on struts-core. (Fixed
in r413318.)
