+1 with one clarification. I think the Community Involvement section
should either be rewritten or removed. Technically, a release
requires three PMC votes, not just committer votes. Since that's an
Apache directive not a Struts directive, I'm not sure if it's
necessary to even list the requirement. Maybe it should be changed
to note the active participants in the project.
Am I correct?
