What does that have to do with a release of Tiles 2? I seem to have started this by saying "Sandbox projects can't do releases (unless we change the rules.)" Do we really have that rule, or can Tiles do an alpha release out of the Struts sandbox? I'm +0 on Tiles 'graduating' from the sandbox to a Struts sub project.
