Similar to #18, this issue is good for new contributors. The UIMA-CPP framework has some example annotators in `examples` but more solid, useful annotators can be shipped, similar to the ones available for Java in [UIMA Addons](https://github.com/apache/uima-addons) project. A good starting point would be to move some of the `examples` into their own folder. Potential annotators can be discussed in this ticket.
