Hi Azeez/Sameera,

It is bit confuse as we have workerNode property and profile property,AFAIK
Manger node means carbon runtime with default profile and worker node mean
carbon runtime with worker profile. So what if we remove this workerNode
property  and use -Dprofile=worker instead ( or add this to carbon.xml for
the sake of clearness)? . please correct me if i am wrong here.
