Thanks! I sent the following e-mail to the owner on January 30 and got no 
response:

Hi,
dillo 3.0.5 has been out for a while and I was wondering if you wanted to 
update it. dillo3.0.4 has stopped working for me for a few websites and 
therefore the update is sort of important for me.

I am happy to be a co-maintainer and I had requested this on the Fedora 
Accounts System but I did not hear anything for that so I was thinking that you 
may not have received the e-mail.
Hopefully you will get this e-mail.
