As Todd already pointed out, Quick Docs
(https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/quick-docs/) is a perfect place to
describe in in detail. Fedora Magazine is a perfect place to provide a less
technical version of it.

There is already an article about „Bootloading with grub2“
(https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/quick-docs/bootloading-with-grub2/).
YourPlan could be a perfect follow-up and enhancement.

Unfortunately, our documentation how to contribute isn’t perfect at the moment.
Have a look at:

* Contributing to Quick Docs

(https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fedora-docs/contributing-docs/contrib-quickdocs/)

* How to contribute to Quick Docs repo

(https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fedora-docs/contributing-docs/contributions-quick-repo/)

* How to Create and Use a Local Fedora Documentation Workflow

(https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fedora-docs/contributing-docs/tools-local-authoring-env/)

(I just noticed, the contribution documentation needs urgent restructuring)

Basically, you wood:
* Create a fork of the quick doc repo (https://pagure.io/fedora-docs/quick-docs)
* clone the repo
* Create and edit your documentation file in that cloned directory tree
* Upload your work to your fork and create a PR.

Alternatively:
* I would create an empty basic file
* You would use the pagure online editor to edit the content.

Looking forward to your contribution!
And I will be happy to help you overcome the first obstacles.
