I think it's this change in dnf: https://github.com/rpm-software-management/dnf/pull/1854 I filed: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2236997 on it. I'm not 100% sure this is the cause, but it's the only thing that looked likely to me. I've untagged those dnf updates, so if anyone sees this after now, we know that I was wrong and it's something else. ;) kevin
