It comes from the fact that the EOL date for Fedora Linux N is 4 weeks
from the release of the Fedora Linux N+2 final, so it's tracked on the
F40 schedule. Because the schedules are maintained as separate files,
it's easy to forget to update N-2 when the N release date slips, which
is likely what happened here.

The EOL dates were not on the Fedora Linux N schedules until F38 for
that very reason.

At any rate, I've opened
https://pagure.io/fedora-pgm/schedule/issue/142 for amoloney to update
the F38 schedule.
