Yep. Ideally we'd get a check into rmplint that would check
for /etc/tmpfiles.d, /etc/sysusers.d, /etc/udev/rules.d,
/etc/systemd/{user,system}, /etc/bash_completion.d/, and
a bunch of other directories.
