I'd like to see an explanation of how it works. It appears to me
that the counterpoise is folded back on itself except for the first 8
or 10 ft of span.
What is the fold back for? It's decoupling the long length of wire
which will not then work as a counterpoise.
We use antennas like this made from twin lead with the various
sections decoupling to allow operation on different bands.
