That's right, Andy. PSKmail uses fldigi and at Rein's request, the "sweet spot" 
default in fldigi is 1000 Hz.

  Rick, they refer to 1000Hz difference, not 1500. Thus dial at 10147 for the 
ones listed as using 10148, waterfall 1000 Hz.
