This is really simple, hope I do not insult you.. Have you double checked that your line out from the sound card is actually working and the levels from it are sufficient to drive the radio ? I have run in to some laptops , and some Compaq desktops, that have insufficient audio output levels and some form of amplification is needed.
Also, does FSK RTTY work OK ? Andy
