After playing around with 60M Phone band for the past 24 hours, I must say it is fun that could be replicated for digital modes. The band is useful for the propagation at those frequencies but made even more fun by the channelization and power limitations. No splattering and no Kw stations to compete with.
Anyone ready to propose a narrow digital mode band to the FCC on 55 meters? Just a total of 1000 Hz for that band , power limit 10 watts. No digital signal wider than 200 Hz. Andy K3UK
