Looking at the JT65-signals on 14076 yesterday and comparing them with other 
days the propagation was indeed very poor (at least on my side). The RB reports 
on W4CQZ's webpage showed similar results.

I will try to be qrv again today and tomorrow around 2200 UTC on 14076 + 1000 
Hz, USB in CMSK31 and CMSK63.
