Dear Sir/Madam,

I am kind of new to Gnuradio, i am craving to start with my projects using
usrp, hackrf and rtlsdr. To begin with, i thought of running rtlsdr basic
receiver project, but unfortunately i am unable to pass the proper
installation stage.

I was trying ppa binary installation for Gnuradio 3.8 on Ubuntu 20.04. i
followed the documentation steps exactly as said in the gnuradio rtlsdr
official sites. I did the ppa installation from :
https://wiki.gnuradio.org/index.php/InstallingGR
then did the rtlsdr installation from:
https://osmocom.org/projects/rtl-sdr/wiki/Rtl-sdr
but i have no idea why it brings up with this error.
