No - unfortunately not. This document is the result of an earlier human-readable policy statement consisting of 29 recommendations being "lawyerfied" over a period of several months. The result this is so thick is simply that this is precisely what we are being asked to implement - there should be no ambiguities left in the language, hence the overly heavy text...
i looked quickly but couldn't find a date when this new policy will be implemented. ??
Implementation will likely start the second week of March and run for a period of ninety days after which all registrars will be required to be in full compliance with the new policy.
