I work for a MSP and we recently added an spf TXT record and Dmarc TXT record for a clients dns. We have a DL setup in the clients o365 tenant that send an email to our ticketing system whenever something from the dmarc triggers an email to the DL. Today in our ticketing system we got a ticket that looks like this, and I am not sure why: Any feedback would be great.
