ManageSieve Dovecot v2 listen on localhost only

Hi,

How can I only listen on localhost for ManageSieve?

I tried:

port = localhost:4190

still listening *:
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:4190 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 0 515675 20540/dovecot 

Would did I not get here?
