Hi, You may want to check your Statistics configuration to ensure it is correct, namely the "solr-statistics.server" setting documented here: https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSDOC7x/SOLR+Statistics#SOLRStatistics-ConfigurationsettingsforStatistics
If it is correct, and it's still not working, then you might want to look for error messages in your backend logs. Here's our troubleshooting guide which has tips for finding that info: https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSPACE/Troubleshoot+an+error#Troubleshootanerror-DSpace7.x(orabove) Generally speaking, these statistics should "just work" assuming the configurations are correctly pointing at your Statistics index in Solr. But, if there are errors occurring on the backend, that may cause them to no longer work. If you find any backend errors and cannot figure them out, feel free to send them to this list & we'll see if we can help.
