Les petites et moyen entreprises ( PME ) jouent un rôle essentiel ou sein des économies modernes – car elles contribuent activement dans le création de nouveaux emplois et la diminution du taux du chômage, les PME sont aussi la source de l’innovation technologique, du développement économique et de l’augmentation de la services .Car ces entreprises à travers un climat d’investissement fiable et des moyens appropries puissent poursuivre leur croissance et leur évolution. Et face a cette conjoncture l’état a entrepris des micros entreprises avec leur prise en charge relatif au financièrement du CNAC dont nous reviendrons au prochain chapitre 3.
