I wonder that, if /sys/class/net/NICINTERFACE/statistics/rx_packets
includes/counts /sys/class/net/NICINTERFACE/statistics/rx_dropped ?
e.g.
Let /sys/class/net/NICINTERFACE/statistics/rx_packets is 100 and
/sys/class/net/NICINTERFACE/statistics/rx_dropped is 10.
Which one is correct?
Total count of received packets is 110.
or
Total count of received packets is 100.
