I try to send out these emails on Tuesdays, apologies for the delay.

Over the next few days, wmf13 will be deployed to WMF wikis. We mostly
worked on small fixes this week and on the cawiki deployment, so there
aren't that many exciting things in wmf13. Some of the more noteworthy
things new in wmf13 are:

   - The table of contents dropdown ("Browse topics") in Flow was rewritten
<https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T96890> and now looks a bit
different. It also no longer appears in non-JS mode (where it already didn't
   work <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T86844>).
   - Flow diff views now have an undo link
<https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T101738> that lets you undo an edit
to a post (undo links were already present in the history view). Diff views
   also no longer have <https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/222356/>
duplicate "Older edit" / "Newer edit" links.
   - Single lines in the grouped Recent Changes now have links
<https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T104399> that let you patrol Flow
posts, just like multi-line groups already did.

wmf13 follows the standard deployment timeline, which is as follows:

   - Tuesday 11am-1pm PDT: deployment to test wikis ("group 0"); for Flow,
   these are testwiki <https://test.wikipedia.org/>, test2wiki
   <https://test2.wikipedia.org/> and mediawiki.org
   <https://www.mediawiki.org/>
   - Wednesday 11am-1pm PDT: deployment to non-Wikipedia wikis ("group 1");
for Flow, these are meta <https://meta.wikimedia.org/>, officewiki
   <https://office.wikimedia.org/> and wikidata <https://www.wikidata.org/>
   - Thursday 11am-1pm PDT: deployment to Wikipedias ("group 2"); for Flow,
these are the English <https://en.wikipedia.org/>, French
   <https://fr.wikipedia.org/>, Hebrew <https://he.wikipedia.org/>,
   Portugese <https://pt.wikipedia.org/>, Catalan
   <https://ca.wikipedia.org/>, Telugu <https://te.wikipedia.org/>, Russian
   <https://ru.wikipedia.org/>, Punjabi <https://pa.wikipedia.org/> and
   Chinese <https://zh.wikipedia.org/> Wikipedias

In other news, we also plan to convert most of the remaining LiquidThreads
pages on mediawiki.org to Flow soon, now that the last email spam bug
<https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T104087> is fixed. If everything goes
well, this will probably happen late Thursday / early Friday UTC. We have
already converted almost 300 pages; we plan to convert all remaining pages
tomorrow, except for the Support desk
<https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Project:Support_desk> and VisualEditor
Feedback <https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/VisualEditor/Feedback> pages. See
the Phabricator task <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T92303> for details.
