That is what you get if you set the wrap-column to t.

That's a generic problem which is not related to DTWW.

I'm not going to work on DTWW this side of the release (unless RMS
says it is ok to add for 22.1).  I don't have much time and want
to focus on finalizing the release.

We can add DTWW just after the release so it will be well tested
before we release 23.x
