Supports monitors and administers the operation of the networks and systems throughout the enterprise including hardware and software (e.g., *token rings, routers, hubs, bridges, network management system, operating system, and network management applications*). 2. Monitors the operation of the network to ensure proper functioning of lines, hardware and software. 3. Participates with vendors and common carriers during problem analysis/resolution as required.
